One Brand Review: Keep Cool

Image
Today I will be reviewing three products from the brand Keep Cool. I also have the Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Sun Essence in my drawer. Despite the whole sunscreen controversy I still plan to express my unbiased thoughts on it.  I don't use cleansing water that often because I like cleansing oils over it but somedays when my skin is not doing well. Or when I wear makeup for over 12hrs I like to use cleansing water and cleansing oil for extra deep cleanse What is special about Keep Cool Products is that it is Free of 20 harmful ingredients and uses EWG green grades ingredients. It also does not use the allergy-indicated ingredients in its skincare products KEEP COOL Soothe Phyto Green Shower Cleansing Water  A clear and pure cleansing water that eliminates makeups and skin wastes without stimulating the skin. Micellar Water Technology absorbs sebum, makeup residue, and skin wastes and protects the skin moistly. The soothing and moisturizing complex, Phyto Green Shower, condi...

[Review] Etude House Beauty Face Blur Primer

Image
This is probably one of the most iconic primer from Etude House that we all can recall from our highschool days. I bought this 2 years ago and I have been using this on and off all this time.  Packaging: Is very basic and simple as you can see. A standard vacuum pump bottle with a pale peach cap. The brand changes bottle design time to time so there is a high chance that the primer bottle is going to look different when you are going to purchase it . Also I accidentally broke the pump when I dropped it on the floor one day. But it was still working About the product: This is designed as a multipurpose product to blur pores, brighten skin and even out skin tone with it pinkish tone. You can wear this on its own for a no makeup look but since I have oily skin . I require translucent powder set this in place. Normally silicon heavy products have a silky feel to them but this feels more like a lotion. It can feel moisturizing during autumn and winter and can be downright greasy if you ...

[Review] Bellflower Cosmetics Azulene Daily Calming Serum

Image
Incase you don't know Azulene is derived from blue chamomile and is a known calming and anti inflammatory ingredient.  My skin is currently not in its best state so these days I am focusing more on calming/healing ingredients. This serum has been sitting in my skincare stash for some time so I decided to add it back to my routine and see if could help with my skin problems Benefits: A nourishing serum formulated with Azulene extract from chamomile oil that soothes and calms sensitive skin from irritation and stress. Features Centella Asiatica extract that helps heal wounds and reduce the appearance of wrinkles. Contains natural herb ingredients and Pinus Densiflora Leaf extract that moisturize the skin and soothe the skin from itching. Packaging :  A standard frosted glass vial with a glass dropper inside. Overall the design is pretty minimalistic. The serum was initially a beautiful shade of azure blue and but now with time it has darkened a few shades and looks violet My Exp...

Real honey makes the skin supple while also providing elasticity and soothing care. The mask also effectively removes whiteheads and provides exfoliation create the look of a clear complexion. PACKAGING : While removing the sticky seal on top I accidentally rubbed off the black print on my squeeze tube. But lucky you can still read the details on it so its is okay Ingredients : Honey, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, PEG-7 Glyceryl Cocoate, Disteardimonium Hectorite, Macadamia Integrifolia Seed Oil, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Pentylene Glycol, Microcrystalline Wax, Polysorbate 20, Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea) Butter, Beeswax, Tocopheryl Acetate, Argania Spinosa Kernel Extract, Corylus Avellana (Hazel) Seed Oil, Simmondsia C...

2 weeks skincare challenge with Anua

Image
Today I will posting my thoughts on the 4 products from the brand Anua that I have been using consistently for last two weeks in my A.M and P.M skincare routine First off are these Clear pads ANUA Heartleaf 77 Clear Pad  (70pcs) Anua's Acne toner padwith Eoseongcho Extracts Good for Skin Calm. It contains patented ingredient for controlling sebum and shrinking pores  These toner soak pads come in very beautiful pine green tub with a pair of tweezers. All the pads are soaked in a decent amount of toner so chances of drying out pretty low. Still as a precautionary measure I decided to open the plastic film only half way  These are the dual sided pads ( smooth and embossed pattern ) I find the overall material of the pads soft so it is very gentle and non abrasive. I usually use these to wipe my skin and remove all the dust and dead cell debri . Completely scent free and come in a box of 70 pieces ANUA Heartleaf 77% Soothing Toner -  All ingredients are certified as EWG...
